Araym: Once he was a Jinam soldier during the Resource War between Ankara and Jinam. He worked with explosives,
but then he lost his arms. After that, it turned out that soldiers slaughtered innocent people and soldiers were not welcome anymore. Araym got new arms and became a bounty hunter. His arms are not real arms, they're just "enhancements" that make Araym a good bounty hunter. He didn't follow orders in Wind City, so he was locked up by the Duke, an other bounty hunter.
Badu: An Underlost. He lives in Bone Circle village and is the best warrior of that tribe. Little is known about him, but he is very strong and very slow.
Corgan: He grew up in a small town, Armstrong. When he was 18, he leaved Armstrong to go to Wind City. There he
learned the way of Marduk and became a member of the Holy Guard. He is third in command, after Bowman and his
daughter Layla. He has the ability to observe things good and he is very diplomatic.
Grubb: A professor in all mechanic things, like robots. He lives on Shell 2 and grew up with Maya as brothers and
sisters. For Oasis he made workbots to grab scrap in the desert, but the mayor of Oasis did not treat them well. Because of that, Grubb retreated to his workshop south of Oasis. There he lives with Runner, also a creation of Grubb. In combat he uses a self-made core enhanced staff.
Led: She lives on Shell 5 in the country Ankara as a soldier. Her father is general Campbell. He doesn't want her in danger, so she is based where she can't do anything dangerous. She lost her legs in a training accident. Now they're replanced and she yawns to adventure. She works as a mechanic. So she can, just like Grubb, do almost anything with mechanics. Her weapon is a wrench and she likes Grubb.
Lobo: Once he was a Combat cyborg of Jinam, disigned to be the ultimate soldier. However, his ship crashed on Shell
6, the shell of the pirates. There, a man took away his Restraining chip, giving him free toughts. Lobo considers that man as his father. But the man died; Connor killed him. Lobo became a pirate. He travells by ship, with his robotic crew from the wars. He still wants revenge for his fathers dead, so he doesn't pay tribute.
Maya: The main character of this story. She lives on Shell 2 in Oasis with Uncle. Uncle takes care of her, as with most children in Oasis. Her parents, together with a lot other people, were caught in the crossfire in a Chosen war. Her job: she is a junk scavenger.
Runner: A character built by Grubb. Very strong and very slow in battle.
Selina: She is a Chosen general. Doskias picked her of the street and she became his love. Doskias doesn't care about other people than Chosen, but Selina does. That's why she left Doskias. |
